Change. It's inevitable. Possible, not impossible. Challenging but fulfilling. Any type of transition starts within.
Whether an individual owns a business, leads a department, manages a team of one, or is a solopreneur, the desire to improve business outcomes begins in our minds.
Whether an individual is seeking personal fulfilment in their profession, volunteerism, well-being, lifestyle or relationships, the desire to improve personal outcomes begins in our minds.
With a purpose, a dream, little or lofty goals, that very mind can also restrain our ambitions because thoughts and conditioning get in the way. Sound familiar?
That's where I come in. I've been there...
A Guide on Your Journey
Dragonfly Consulting is an agent of change, helping small and medium-size business owners and individuals with their goals.
My purpose is to help others see something in themselves that they may not have discovered on their own. My goal is to enable people I work with the confidence to live your purpose, individually or within your business.
For SMBs, I help you define or refine your brand story, support annual planning, and facilitate leadership development programs. Whether it's a new company or legacy operation, I help you see what may be right in front of your eyes, so you can focus on what you do best - honing your craft and running your business.
For individuals, I help you define or refine your personal brand and facilitate personal development programs. And for those who are just curious about uncovering your strengths and setting annual goals, I help you with tools I've used personally.
Dragonfly was founded on the principles of the Dragonfly species as a symbol of change:
Take flight with Dragonfly and explore new possibilities.
Dragonfly Consulting resides in the City of Hamilton which is situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, which was an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. We further acknowledge that this land is covered by the Between the Lakes Purchase, 1792, between the Crown and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
As settlers, we're grateful for the opportunity to live and conduct business here and we thank all the generations of people who have taken care of this land for thousands of years.
